Rachelle, the bride, was pretty pleased; she described them at “amaze balls.” Can’t wait to ¬†design her wedding invitations!

Thank You: Shannon and Richard

The end has come, I’m blogging about Shannon and Richard’s thank you cards for their wedding. ¬†During each project, Shannon would tell me that she and Richard couldn’t agree on a design so I would create something new based on their top choices. ¬†Four projects later, I realized I could print more than one design and that’s exactly what I did for the thank you cards (I am so smart, SMRT!). What do you think of the two designs?

Wedding Invitation: Shelby & Grant

What a better way to spend the final hours of May than celebrating love?  That is just what Shelby and Grant did!  Friends and family gathered at EM Fine Art Gallery in Seattle, Washington to witness their marriage and I had the opportunity to design their all-in-one wedding invitations.  Congratulations to Shelby and Grant!  What do you think folks?

Wedding Invitation: Shannon & Richard

Remember Shannon and Richard’s save the date from last year? ¬†Well, Shannon loved my designed so much (let’s be honest, who doesn’t? :P), I became their official wedding graphic designer and got the opportunity to create their invitations, programs, signage, and beer koozies. ¬†They tied the knot last weekend and it was a wonderful outdoor wedding. ¬†Congratulations Shannon and Richard!

I didn’t get a chance to take photos of the printed programs or beer koozies, but hope the photographer took a few shots of each so look out for an update soon!

UPDATE!  Here are some of the professional photos of the program and other signage taken by Connie Feng Photography.

Save the Date: Shelby & Grant

This past winter, I had the opportunity to design save the dates for Shelby and Grant.  Shelby is one of the most organized brides I know!  When we started discussing the save the dates, she emailed me a word doc with the fonts she wanted to use and the look of the save the date.  It was a great reference tool during the design process.

Branding: Win’s Kitchen

Happy March everyone! ¬†The days are getting longer, the flowers are trying to bloom- spring is almost here in Seattle. ¬†This past winter, I had the opportunity to create a logo for a friend’s halal catering company. ¬†We originally started out with a whimsical look but ended up with this classic monogram inspired logo.

Did you notice that the top of the W and K make a platter shape? ¬†It’s like the letters are ready to present some delicious halal dishes!

Branding: NAAAP-Seattle

All of last year, I worked with NAAAP-Seattle to create new marketing materials for their rebrand.  This was a great opportunity to explore the branding side of the graphic design business.  Here are the final products!

I wanted NAAAP-Seattle's marketing materials to have the same look as it's website and social media channel for instant recognition. Not pictured: banner.
